What Our Clients Say About Us

  • "We had a great experience working with Logan on our basement renovation. He was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project, always keeping us informed and quick to answer questions or address anything that came up. The quality of his work was excellent. Logan helped us with a wide range of projects, including replacing our hot water system and furnace, installing new flooring, and completing drywall work. Everything was done carefully and professionally, and the finished basement looks fantastic. It’s not easy finding a contractor who is both reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work, but Logan really delivered. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable, responsive, and skilled general contractor."

    - Will

  • "Logan was a pleasure to work with on our game room remodel. He helped us navigate the sometimes painful county permitting process and kept us informed throughout the renovation, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Whenever subcontractors were on-site, Logan was there to supervise and make sure the work met a high standard. At the end of the project, he personally took care of the finishing touches and cleanup. We really appreciated his attention to detail and how involved he was from start to finish. I would highly recommend RAM Construction Services to anyone looking to tackle a project, large or small."

    - Andreas

  • "Our experience with RAM Construction Services LLC was nothing short of amazing. Logan (the owner) updated our kitchen (cabinetry, flooring, and backsplash), installed recessed lighting in three rooms, replaced outdated plumping in three bathrooms, repainted the interior walls, added runners to the stairs (so our kiddos didn't slip), and installed an EV connection in our garage. Logan was communicative, transparent, and stuck to the schedule. After the remodel was finished, he delivered a housewarming gift and walked through the entire house to ensure we were satisfied. There is no one I would recommend more for home renovations/updates."

From start to finish, his communication was excellent, and he arrived right on time. What really impressed me was how thorough he was—he didn’t just complete the job and move on. Even after I paid him, Logan insisted on coming back the next day to make a few final adjustments, simply because he wanted the work to be perfect. • "Ram construction was hired to replace the flooring in my main bathroom. My new flooring is tile work. The old flooring had to be torn up and the floor prepared for the new tile, the molding and door frame needed to be removed. Everything was done, professionally, timely, and cost-efficient with the molding and the door framing reinstalled perfectly. The chiles I chose are hexagon in shape with a marbling effect. The tiles had to be cut in certain areas to fit the room and the finished product is impeccable. I continue to get compliments on the work when guest visit.
